Privacy Notice

Only on Saturdays ("we", "us") collects a small amount of personal data so that we can take your order and hand it to you on Saturday. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to contact us about it.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for three things:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address
We also record the order itself — what you chose, the collection time you picked, the amount, and whether the order has been paid for and collected.
We do not collect a delivery address, because everything is collected in person. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not store any password.
We never see or store your bank or card details. Payment is made by PayNow directly to our bank, outside this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to run your order:
- Your name, so we know whose order it is at collection
- Your email address, to send you your order number and payment instructions, and then your confirmation once we have received payment
- Your mobile number, so we can reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if you have not arrived on Saturday
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.
Who else can see it
Your details are held in our ordering system and are visible only to Only on Saturdays.
We use two service providers to run the site, and your data passes through them:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website
- Resend, which sends the two emails about your order
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
Your order page
Both emails contain a link to a page where you can see your own order. That link is private to you — it carries a long random code, and your order number alone will not open it.
Please do not share the link, because the page shows our collection address. It stops working after twelve months, when we remove your personal details.
How long we keep it
We keep your name, mobile number and email address for twelve months after your order. After that they are removed from our records.
We keep the order itself for longer — what was ordered and when — but without anything that identifies you.
Keeping it safe
Access to the ordering system requires a sign-in and is limited to the owner. Information is sent to and from the website over an encrypted connection. We keep only what we need, which is the simplest protection of all.
Your rights
You can ask us:
- What personal data we hold about you, and how we have used it
- To correct anything that is wrong
- To withdraw your consent, after which we will stop using your details — though we may not be able to complete an order that is already in progress
